This assistance is for transactional legal issues, such as corporate structuring, tax exemption, lease and contract review, trademark regulation and employment.
The Law Project’s Small Business program provides pro bono legal advice to low income entrepreneurs on business issues, including corporate structuring, lease provisions, trademark regulations, employment, contracting.
The Law Project provides legal assistance to Housing Choice Voucher holders and other first time home buyers who are receiving financial subsidies for purchases of single family homes or condominiums and are working with HUD certified housing counselling agencies.
